Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering CRM Strategy for the brand, encouraging customer retention and loyalty
  • Ensuring seamless operation of CRM platform across brands Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM works effectively for improving business performance
  • Overseeing direct communication with customers through the CRM

Experience:

  • Understand the brand voice and maintain it while creating communication.

Role: Assistant Manager - Analytics
