Job Function: Business Development / Sr. Business Development Associate

Job Description: The person would work closely with the Business Development Manager on the international markets. On day-to-day basis, he/she will be responsible to manage and generate new leads for the company. He/she will carry out secondary research on key leads and furnish important information from business stand point. Also, the person with interact with senior level people in the prospects' companies, qualify the leads and generate business meetings.

He/she will be responsible to achieve the assigned monthly targets for prospect interaction opportunities that include "request for meetings" generating follow up calls and "request for information". The person will be actively involved in managing e-mail and cold-calling campaigns, would handle in-bound enquires. Apart from this, the person will also assist in creation of marketing collaterals and proposals

  1. Good understanding of identifying potential clients and initiating conversation.
  2. Responsible for Research, Lead Generation, Prospecting and Qualifying target prospects and to generate new sales opportunities.
  3. Achieve the assigned monthly targets for prospect interaction opportunities that include "request for meetings" generating follow up calls and "request for information".
  4. Manage and accelerate the Business Development Campaigning through cold calling, e-mail campaigning etc.
  5. Follow up on all inbound enquiries (Web, Phone) in a timely manner.
  6. Identifying Potential business opportunities through existing database.
  7. Provide feedback to the corporate / designated supervisor on customer needs and competitive market intelligence.
  8. Assist in creating proposals and marketing collaterals.

Education:

  • MBA from premier management institute
  • Engineering background would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in similar role would be added advantage.
  • The person should be well exposed to cold-calling and pre-sales process at least for 6 months to 1 year.
  • Should have exposure to e-mail campaigning, generating marketing collateral, etc for 6 months to 1 year.

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Position description

This is a critical role with day to day client interface and responsibility for delivering success to the clients. This is not a Sales job. The position is a part of the Analytics team and is responsible for day to day Analytics delivery.

This role requires intense understanding of the client's business and data scope, keen eye for data driven insights, focus on identifying analytical opportunities and translating the data driven insights into actionable marketing campaigns are a requirement.

The individual needs to have a consultative mindset to connect enterprise data & analytical methods to provide analytical solutions to business problems. This requires continuously engaging with the client to identify business opportunities through insights and drive towards actionable outputs to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities: Plan, Deliver, and manage the client expectations for assigned clients

  • Defines the roadmap for the client delivery, with help from the Associate VP & Practice head-Analytics.
  • Responsible for Analysis, Profiling, Segmentation, Insights Sharing, MIS and Dashboards.
  • Manage tactical Adhoc requirements and strategic predictive models and actions
  • Should have ability for exploratory data analysis by understanding business situations & analyzing data to effectively recommend marketing action
  • Look for possible problems and investigate inconsistencies with data or with processing and take action to resolve problems.
  • Aptitude to learn about the data fields relevant to various kinds of portfolios and about methods used by customers to store and retrieve data.

Position: Sr. Manager - Marketing Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Job Description: This position will manage analytics projects in Marketing Analytics and will have a small team of Business Analyst, Statisticians reporting directly to him/her. This position is based out of Mumbai, India.

The primary focus will be on providing actionable analytical solutions to the domestic and international clients. The person would need to have the ability to think about a business problem without a rigid brief constraining him or her! He/She should then be able to work with the data & formulate a very specific Analytical problem. Post this He/she should be able to independently drive the analysis process and finally convert the Analytical problem into data-driven insights & executable business strategies/solutions.

The identified person would have the skills to execute analytical projects himself & also manage a small team of Business analysts. He/She is expected to himself/herself lead the project & work on analytical tools to ensure delivery.

Exposure to data mining tools such as SPSS, SAS, & Open source etc would be an added advantage.

The identified person would work in a fast moving environment & would need to be skilled at multi tasking & rapidly moving projects forward. The work environment would give the person huge exposure to multiple industries & projects. However as against a typical KPO, this environment would need the person to typically complete projects with rapid turn around times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Analytical Solutions to the client through detailed drill down analysis of key business initiatives, interpreting results, and making strategy recommendations through the use of various analytic tools.
  2. Analytical ability to delve into detail and solve problems, but also have an interest in understanding the broader business perspective.
