Business DevelopmentAccount Manager
Operational Deliveries : Account Manage
- To define analytics, database & Campaign brief based on client requirements
- To co ordinate with various teams across org into ensuring all aspects of Customer Strategy, campaigns & Data are in sync
- Provide weekly update of deliveries & its status to clients
- To monitor & quality check every output sent to client
- To use IT Platforms ( SQL/ Cequity ACE) for identifying target base for particular campaigns or marketing initiatives
- Get data structure realigned in given timelines

Identify new business opportunities to penetrate in other BSL businesses
Client Relationships
- Ability to understand client business, industry dynamics & issues facing client
- Should grow revenues and manage collections from account by providing better analytics techniques, newer projects etc
- Should contain ability to build client clear briefs, database briefs & communicate with analyst before analysis
Team Management
- Clearly provide inputs to Analyst in terms of tasks to be accomplished, deliveries to be sent
- Understand Analyst strengths development areas, & align role with aspirations
- Keep team motivation high by using various techniques to ensure team morale is high
Data Management :
Assist in data structure realignment in given timelines

Position: Sr Business Analyst
Operational Deliveries
- Responsible for Analysis, Profiling, Segmentation, Insights sharing, MIS & dashboards for each client
- Convert repeated Adhocs into automated reports
- Convert business requirements into clear analytical approach and requirements
- Build proactive analytical approaches & deliverables for the client
Client Management
- To manage clients & understand their requirements & interact with client on a daily basis & convert business requirements into analytical solutions
- To derive insights from data using technology tools & convert to actionable business solutions

Position: Campaign Analyst
Campaign Analysis
- To extract campaign list using Ms SQL after understanding the campaign brief
- To set aside a control group for from the target group for effective tracking a campaign
- To build & share list with campaign execution team after retrieving target audience list
- To work closely with analytics, campaign and client management team to launch the campaigns
Analysis & Reporting :
- Tracking every campaign on conversion ratio, sales impact etc
