Cequity ACE™ is a service that hosts a client's customer data on its servers and provides a multi-functional software interface that permits all kinds of rapid analysis of the data.

The analysis leads to enhanced understanding of customers segmentation on many variables and actionable marketing programs in terms of cross-sell and up-sell, customer retention and acquisition.

As a Retailer you can do complex analysis for Markdown planning or store promotions using the "slice & dice" capabilities that Cequity ACE™ has.

Cequity ACE™ requires NO additional capital costs in hardware or software. All that the client requires is a web-enabled PC.

Clients pay a small one time set up fee, and a monthly usage fee per user. Clients can be gleaning insights from their customer data in just six weeks – that is all the time it takes to be up and running with Cequity ACE™.

How it works

  • Getting the data ready, loading it.
    • Clients provide the customer data they have in any format to Hansa Cequity. This data will be cleansed, merged and de-duped. Companies who either have millions of customers or companies which are starting out and rapidly building their customer databases, can make use of Cequity ACE™.
    • The customer data will be loaded on to Hansa Cequity's servers. (An alternative is for the data to be retained on the client's servers. Hansa Cequity will then only provide the software and service).
    • Customer data is invariably scattered across the organization within different legacy systems and often comprises numerous different fields and formats. Cequity ACE™ will consolidate and merge this data into a 'single view of customers' with a consistent format, making it easily accessible and functional for a variety of marketing purposes.
  • Creating the data map
    Hansa Cequity will work with the client and develop the data maps and linkages. This is an iterative and interactive process to ensure that the right connections are enabled.
  • Software training and access
    Cequity ACE™ software is preloaded. The client is given a link on their PC. Clients access the data through the web. Hansa Cequity's analysts will provide training. The Cequity ACE™ self-service design is simple and intuitive. In just days, users will be interacting with a world of rich operational data.
  • Developing targeted lists for campaigns
    Hansa Cequity has a Smart campaigning™ framework integrated with an easy-to-use Campaign management tool. Users can quickly create campaigns with targeted lists and messages.
  • Validating hypotheses
    Marketing users can validate or negate "business hypotheses" rapidly. Cequity ACE™ can potentially scan 50 to 80 million records per second. Answers that would have taken days or months to get can now be provided quickly using "drag & drop" functionality.
  • Customer service and support
    Hansa Cequity has analysts as the front-line customer support team. They are trained to understand the client's business and the data - to get the best out of the systems provided. All responsibilities for maintenance, backups, upgrades and system management rest with Hansa Cequity.
