However, your governmental or tax obligations, we may preserve your transactions details.

If we terminate your account, for any of the aforesaid reasons or for misuse of the Website, any credits earned through loyalty or referral programme, will be immediately forfeited in such case.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws, principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, applicable authorities at Mumbai. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be governed by the Mumbai High Court.
