Hansa Customer Equity Private Limited, hereafter referred as “Hansa Cequity” adheres to Data Privacy related regulations applicable to India and Indian citizens. If you are a resident of any other country, please note that Hansa Cequity will be compliant with the requirements of Data Privacy Laws applied to your country, limited to Hansa Cequity’s engagement with its client in that geographic region and for the duration of the engagement. Hansa Cequity is committed to protecting the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) it collects, processes, stores, and transmits (both to internal & external systems/ parties as deemed necessary and appropriate) as part of its business process by implementing a defined, industry approved systematic approach. This Privacy Policy explains how Hansa Cequity along with their affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, Consultants and Vendors handle PII that we collect online, through our websites and through our offline interactions with you (collectively the “Hansa Cequity services”). Hansa Cequity shall not be responsible for any liability arising from receiving PII of other persons submitted by you and you shall completely indemnify Hansa Cequity from any action on the same.

Mode and place of processing the Data/Methods of processing

Hansa Cequity takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorised destruction of the Data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organisational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. Legal basis of processing

DOES HANSA CEQUITY SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Hansa Cequity may share your information within the organisation. We do not sell your PII. However, we share PII with our vendors, contractors, business and service partners, or other third parties (collectively "Service Providers"). Examples of Service Providers include analysis firms, advertisers, payment processing companies, customer service and support providers, Email, IT services and SMS vendors, web hosting and development companies and fulfilment companies. Service Providers also include our co-promotion partners for products that we jointly develop and/ or market with other companies.

Some Service Providers may collect personal data on behalf of Hansa Cequity. These third parties may be provided with access to personal data needed to perform their functions. Hansa Cequity will mandate its Service Providers to keep your PII confidential and to use PII only to perform functions for Hansa Cequity.

If Hansa Cequity sells all or part of one of its product lines or divisions, your information may be transferred to the buyer. Hansa Cequity reserves the right to disclose your information to respond to authorised information requests from government authorities, to respond to valid judicial requests, to address national security situations, to provide security and investigate potential fraud, or when otherwise required by applicable law.

Hansa Cequity may also disclose aggregate or de-identified data that is not personally Identifiable to third parties for any purpose.

Retention time

PII shall be processed and stored for as long as required for the purpose they have been collected. Therefore:

PII collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Hansa Cequity and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. 

PII collected for the purposes of Hansa Cequity's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Users may find specific Information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by Hansa Cequity within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

Hansa Cequity may be allowed to retain PII for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Hansa Cequity may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal, contractual obligation or upon order of an authority.  

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

The rights of Users

HOW DOES HANSA CEQUITY SECURE INFORMATION?

Hansa Cequity is ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management Systems) certified. We have implemented multi-layered controls to ensure the security of the data that we collect as part of our business process.  

It is Hansa Cequity's practice to take steps to secure our Services; however, the confidentiality of information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. We urge You to exercise caution when transmitting PII related to you. Hansa Cequity cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not gain access to your information; therefore, when submitting PII to Hansa Cequity websites, you must weigh both the benefits and the risks. Hansa Cequity websites may link to third-party websites that are not controlled by Hansa Cequity or subject to Hansa Cequity Privacy Policy. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FOR CHILDREN

Hansa Cequity does not knowingly collect or use any information from children (we define "children" as minors according to the applicable data privacy law. E.g. below 18 years of age as per Indian DPDP Law, below 16 years of age for GDPR,). We do not knowingly allow children to communicate with us or use any of our online services.
